In January 2024, Well Grounded will be launching its first Specialty Barista Course in Bristol, after 7 years of supporting hundreds of people into jobs in London’s coffee industry.
Our first programme will begin at the end January 2024, and is open to any Bristolians who are aged 18+, unemployed, and not in training or education.
Our course is part-time, and includes industry-standard barista accreditation, Food Safety & Customer Service Level 2 Certificates, work placement, and employability coaching. Following this, we provide 6-months of post-programme employment and pastoral support with the goal of helping all into permanent jobs.
