Thank you for your recent enquiry to the One Front Door Team. Our service offers free, short-term advice and guidance to residents of the Bristol City Council area who are out of work or looking to make positive changes, by offering one-to-one phone support and signposting to specialist services.
We aim to bring together employment and welfare support services to help give you some fresh positive ideas, enhance your employability skills and assist you to get the extra support you may need. We can also follow up with you to ensure you keep moving forward and offer you further support, advice, and guidance.
What happens next?
Our first call will be to check your eligibility for our support, discuss what we do, and find out what you are looking for help or ideas with. Following that, we can assign you a career coach who will then contact you. This will be Andy, Ben, Kate, Will, or Joe.
If you are Ukrainian then our career coach Joe, part of the Ukraine support project, will be in touch to arrange a session with you.
