I wanted to share with you some of our upcoming programmes for April/May for any young people aged 16-30 who are NEET. I have included the member of staff who is supporting the programmes so please refer any young people directly to them by using the attached referral form. Please feel free to share with any relevant colleagues and please do get in touch if you have any questions about the courses. In person programmes will provide lunch and reimburse travel costs for young people.
Get Started with Cooking w/ Coexist Kitchen (16-30 years)
An exciting, in-person 5-day programme with Coexist kitchen, based in Easton. A chance to gain new cooking skills through practical learning and workshops, whilst also learning about nutrition, local produce and the cultural impact of food! Participants will also gain hospitality and hosting skills through planning and preparing an end of course celebration dinner to close the week.

When: Monday 17th to 21st April
Where: Co Exist Community Kitchen, Easton, Bristol (Transport costs can be re-imbursed)

Explore (16-30) – MAY DATES
Explore is a 3-week personal development programme which uses outdoor learning to help build confidence, get motivated, meet new people and work as a team. We also complete a qualification in Personal Development and Employability Skills which focuses on Wellbeing and Teamwork. Young people will gain up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support after the programme to help them achieve their personal goals.

Get into Digital Marketing with Find your Feet Digital (18-30) ONLINE
This online programme with Find Your Feet Digital will give you the experience and knowledge to start your career in digital marketing. Not only will you learn about organic and paid search, social media marketing, search engine optimisation and account management but you’ll also have the opportunity to support on a live campaign and gain work experience within the sector.

Get Started in Nature (16-30)
Are you interested in starting a career in wildlife, nature or the environmental sector? This FREE 5 day course with Avon Wildlife Trust will give you the skills to learn more about nature and how it can benefit your mental health, gain practical and face to face experience, learn about your local environment and practice identification skills. After the course you will receive up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support to help you reach your goals.
