Spear Updates – In our last programme, we launched our first ever “Hire-Me event” where we were joined by employers across the city. One company was so impressed with the work ready young people they met; they have asked for a Spear Trainee to be in every store across Bristol.
We are now recruiting for our next Spear Programme which starts on Tuesday 5th March. If you are working with a 16-24 Year old, who is NEET and looking for their next steps, then let us know. Your young person can expect:
Increased confidence and purpose
New friends, community and routine
Impressive CV and cover letter
Interview training and practice
Follow-on career support for up to 12 months
