Location: Bristol (by the Airport)
Salary: £29,328 Full Time (£11.75 Zero hours) plus commissions
Hours: 48 per week

Overall Role:
The role will be to assist the branch manager with the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring all our customers receive a fantastic experience. Sell optional products for meeting customer wants and needs, and checking customer rental parameters for ensuring understanding of rates and service charges.
Main Duties:
● Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person
● Taking bookings, processing paperwork and payments and explaining terms and conditions to customers
● Resolving problems and delivering outstanding customer service
● Selling additional extras such as upgrades, additional protection, baby seats, additional driver cover, and luxury features etc.
● Managing the team of vehicle valeting staff and opening/closing when manager is off
● Completing daily reports, paperwork and stock allocation
● Showing vehicles to customers and recharging damaged vehicles to customers
● Ad Hoc duties, as and when required
Person Specification
● Should hold a full clean driving licence and qualify for our insurance
● Experience in Car Rental preferable
● Experience in face to face Customer Service preferable
