The programme is for anyone aged 18-30 with a keen interest in IT. They need to be currently not in education, employment, or training (exceptions made for part time work under 16hr per week) The programme is self-led so young people need to be motivated and proactive. They need to have access to the internet and a computer or laptop.
Get Into IT with Google and the Prince’s Trust (online programme)
DO YOU HAVE A PASSION FOR IT AND WANT TO LEARN MORE?
This FREE online Prince’s Trust programme with Google.org gives you the opportunity to gain one of six industry recognised qualifications via the Coursera platform, including:
- Cybersecurity
- Data Analytics
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- IT Support
- Project Management
- UX Design
The programme involves self-led learning but also opportunities for regular group check-ins and support from Prince’s Trust staff which will enable you to gain this qualification within 3-6 months. You will also receive mentoring and support into employment within the IT sector.
Course Dates: Rolling – you can be enrolled anytime until October 2023.
