The college is holding a recruitment event for Learning Assistants which will be held at our College Green centre on 3 August 2023. It’s likely we’ll have around 8-10 full time equivalent roles but more than happy to take candidates looking for part time hours. They’ll work term time only across 38 weeks of the year and it’s a permanent contract. They are great opportunities for those looking to get into further education and play a key role in supporting our students to achieve in college. It’s also a great stepping stone for those wishing to further their careers in different areas of the organisation. Salary for someone working 37 hours per week is £18,433 – £19,045. The role requires the successful candidate to be educated to a level 2 equivalent standard, however most importantly is the person has the passion to want to support students.
