We are recruiting a new Senior Job Coach to join our dynamic, caring and growing social enterprise based in Bristol

The role

As a Senior Job Coach, you will lead on all aspects of the supported employment process, including Discovery, Vocational Profiling and Employer Engagement and will:

• Provide supervision and management for job coaches
• Plan job coaching rotas
• Liaise with employers, parents and carers
• Deliver hands on job coaching support to the students and job seekers
• Generate feedback and reports
• Deal with Access to Work applications

We are looking for someone who is resourceful and confident with:

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• IT confidence (Microsoft, emails, reports & digital tools)
• Ability to work independently & in a team
