I just wanted to let you know of our upcoming retail programme with TK MAXX/Homesense around Bristol and Bath. I am running an information session at the princes trust next Thursday 15th at 11AM for interested young people to attend. But for now:
The programme runs for 4 weeks in September and is like a work experience placement in 1 of 5 TK MAXX stores:
Cribbs
Broadmead
Imperial
Bath
Brislington
The group of young people participating will get experience of what its like to work in retail in this larger department stores. They will work with customers, stock, and learn how the stores work. The hours are approx. 10-4:30 each day and travel, lunch will be provided. In addition there will be employability skills sessions and a guaranteed informal interview in the last week with permanent and fixed term roles available.
