• Learn basic digital skills – how to get started, navigate your way around a laptop, set up and use an email address (if needed), use a safe password, use the internet safely and complete an online application form.
• Get support to improve your digital skills using a laptop– emailing, using the internet, e-safety, completing online forms, saving attachments, using Word, excel and PowerPoint.
• If you don’t have access to an IT device, there may be an opportunity to get a free refurbished laptop.
