You can get support from Future Bright if you are over 18 and in paid work (including zero hours and self-employed).

Future Bright offers FREE career coaching, training and support to help people develop the skills and confidence they need to take the next step. We offer a 1:1 service which focuses on Career Development, barriers to progression and how to overcome these. Whether it’s help finding or applying for a new job, support looking for available training, assistance with self-employment or advice with CV and interview skills we can help you.

Future Bright could help you, your partner, a family member and your colleagues too.

On the project you will have a dedicated Career Progression Coach who will work with you to develop a bespoke action plan and provide the support needed to help you reach your goals.

You can work with Future Bright if you live in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset or South Gloucestershire and are:

  • Aged 18 and over
  • in paid work (including zero hours and self-employed)

If you contact Future Bright and you’re not eligible for the full service, the team will offer signposting to another appropriate provider.

Our support is tailored to each individual and the level of support may vary depending on your individual circumstances.
