One 25 has an exciting and interesting opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Senior Management Team (SMT), and wider organisation by providing them with a comprehensive administrative and support service.  You will convene external meetings and have contact with a range of stakeholders in the organisation on behalf of the CEO. 

The post holder is also responsible for administrating our HR system, day-to-day HR administrative duties, liaising with staff across the organisation and providing data from this system to our staff and board. The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver a role like this to a high and professional standard and will be proactive, have a solutions-focused attitude, possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, organised, able to use their initiative and work effectively under pressure. They will enjoy problem-solving and be able to manage multiple tasks to challenging deadlines. Above all though, they will be excited about working for an innovative, award-winning organisation and motivated by a commitment to our aims and values.

 

This is a 12-month fixed term role covering our current Executive Assistant whilst she’s on maternity leave. It is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

The salary for this role is £29,162 per annum. This would be based at our office in St Paul’s, Bristol.
