Smart Works provides coaching and clothing for unemployed women looking to enter the work place. Through tailored, one-to-one support, we ensure that every woman we support feels confident and work ready.
For Kickstart:
For young women between the ages of 16 and 24 we can provide one-to-one coaching with a trained expert. This will be tailored to cover any particular concerns, questions or anxieties faced by the young woman, and will help her to identify the tangible next steps in her career journey. This is free of charge and available to any unemployed young woman.
For unemployed women with upcoming interviews or placements, we can provide further one-to-one coaching, as well as a complete outfit of high-quality workwear. By partnering with big organisations like Burberry, Hobbs and John Lewis, we ensure that the brand new items we give out are in great condition and appropriate for any workplace. Again this service is completely free of charge, and the clothes are hers to keep.
