Next Level is the Business Development Group within Reflections Training Academy, renowned as leading providers of apprenticeships, traineeships, and corporate training. Our expertise lies in offering comprehensive training programs for individuals seeking to acquire new technical skills, catering to both employers and apprentices.
We are able to discuss apprenticeships and provide a recruitment service for both employers and apprentices who are looking to gain new technical skills.
We offer the following apprenticeship standards:
- Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2)
- Customer Service Specialist (Level 3)
- Business Administrator (Level 3)
- Team Leader/Supervisor (Level 3)
- Operations/Departmental Manager (Level 5)
- Digital Marketer Level (3)
- Marketing Executive (Level 4)

Traineeship & Enrichment
This opportunity is designed for individuals aged 16 to 24 who aim to develop employability skills and gain practical work experience. It’s important to note that participants can still claim universal credit while pursuing this program, with the ultimate goal of securing a full-time apprenticeship or employment after acquiring the necessary skills.
Our Enrichment programme is available to all. We offer a range of skills-based workshops both online and face to face to anyone who is looking to brush up on their office based skills. The following workshops are available every 3rd Friday of the month.
- An introduction to Microsoft Excel
- An introduction to Microsoft PowerPoint
- An introduction to Microsoft Outlook
- Creative Writing & Marketing
- CV writing & interview techniques
- Telephone & communications workshop
These sessions run from 10am – 12pm at our academy, or 1pm – 3pm online via Teams. Please follow our Eventbrite page and socials to get reminders.
Delivery
Our curriculum delivery adopts a blended learning approach, incorporating both face-to-face and online instruction to accommodate the diverse needs of our learners. Your personalised program will include mandatory workshops conducted in groups of peers with similar objectives.
Additionally, you will receive one-on-one sessions with dedicated tutors, focusing on sector-specific content.
Depending on your requirements, you may also be required to attend functional skill workshops in Mathematics and English alongside your standard coursework.
