How you’ll make a difference

We have an exciting apprenticeship role in the City Leap programme, who support the Council in managing its own energy supplies. This role sits with the customer service function and will involve booking meetings, note taking, answering questions from contractors and help maintaining project records.

What will you be doing?

In a typical day:

You will organise booking rooms, inform people of meetings, make notes and keep records of meetings

Responding to enquiries from internal and external customers and stakeholders, resolving routine matters at the point of contact.

You will help check bills, update databases, and visit council sites to read energy meters.

 Things we need you to know:

 In the past apprentices in Business admin have progressed into HR, Finance, Projects and this can include gaining additional qualifications funded by the council.
