We require an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team.  This is a varied and interesting role with the scope and flexibility to develop the role and influence change.  The role involves working with managers from across Avon Fire & Rescue Service.  You will be integral in ensuring we recruit the best candidates for roles including Firefighters, Control Operators and a wide range of corporate staff vacancies.
