Administrative Assistant (initially a 6 month fixed term contract

Hours – 16 hours per week  (Mon to Thurs 10am – 2pm)

Salary – £23,809.50 per annum FTE (£10,158.72 actual based on hours stated above)

Our charity, Carers Support, works across Bristol and S. Glos to support unpaid family carers who are supporting their loved ones at home.

We currently have a vacancy in our Administrative Team; main duties would include:

• Being the first point of contact for telephone calls and visitors

• The provision of excellent administrative support to the organisation, working with the Administration Manager.

• Providing an excellent reception service, creating a welcoming and positive environment for carers and all visitors to the office.

• Providing support to specific teams as and when required to.
