1625 Independent People has been a provider registered with Ofsted since November 2024, and the post holder will be responsible for ensuring 1625ip’s compliance and upholding quality standards across our small number of registered settings, with an emphasis on young person engagement, co-production and ensuring the provision of high-quality support.

We are excited to be recruiting into our Senior Operations team an Engagement and Quality Lead.

The role is focused on a small number of young people, working in collaboration with service leads and the Nominated Individual to enable a young person-centred approach enable engagement, and co-production. The role involves identifying and reporting on good practice, or opportunities to improve across our work. There is no line management responsibility.

You will be able to meet the requirements of The Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 to be registered as Registered Services Manager; having worked for at least two years, within the five-year period before the day on which you apply to register, in a position relevant to the residential support of children or adults.
