About us  Sixteen Co-operative Ltd is a values-driven social enterprise dedicated to supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autistic and neuro-divergent people to find and sustain paid employment. Using evidence-based supported employment approaches, we collaborate with job seekers, families, employers, and other professionals to develop opportunities for work.

The role  As a Job Coach, you’ll provide hands-on support to job seekers, helping them secure and sustain employment. Key responsibilities include:

• Vocational profiling to assess skills and aspirations
• Job searching & employer engagement
• CV, application & interview support
• On-the-job coaching & workplace mediation
• Delivering employment skills training
• Assisting with Access to Work applications

We are looking for someone who is resourceful and confident with:

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
• IT confidence (Microsoft, emails, reports & digital tools)
• Ability to work independently & in a team
• A passion for inclusion & empowerment
• A full driving licence & access to transport (preferred)

Salary: £23,965 (rising to £26,135 after training)
