Services Manager (female, 6 month contract, part-time job share)

One25 is offering an exciting new opportunity for a manager who can support workers to deliver high quality services. This new post will share the management and supervision of the casework and drop-in teams on a part-time basis, to deliver our services reaching out to women who are involved in street sex working in Bristol.

You will join a high performing, skilled management team to manage our casework, drop-in and outreach services, all delivering support to vulnerable women.  You will have strong experience of managing teams to provide excellent services in a relevant field. You will bring ideas, creativity, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial approach to One25, to work within a supportive team and organisation.

One25 is a Bristol based, registered charity (no.1062391) with an excellent, city wide reputation, providing services for women trapped in street sex-work, vulnerable women and those who are building positive new lives.

It is an Occupational Requirement that applications for this post are open to women only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1, of the Equality Act 2010. Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.

Hours: 22.5 hours over 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday), including occasional evening and weekend commitments

Contract: 6 months

Salary: £21,231 per year (FTE £35,385)
