Independent Domestic and Sexual Violence Advisor

Are you passionate about delivering innovative services to support vulnerable women in Bristol to achieve their potential? Are you an inspiring woman who is motivated to provide specialist support to street sex-working women who experience rape, sexual assault and domestic violence? Are you a qualified IDVA/ISVA?

The IDSVA will be part of the One25 Casework Team and report to the Services Managers. She will work closely with relevant partner agencies, will be responsible for her own caseload on a daily basis and will work alongside volunteers when engaging in street outreach. She will be a confident, pro-active team worker with great interpersonal skills who can think on her feet and react decisively in pressurised situations, and be passionate about supporting some of Bristol’s most marginalised women to make positive changes in their lives.

Hours: 37.5 hours a week over 5 days (including occasional evening and weekend commitments)

Salary: £29,744 per year
