eBike Rebalancing Driver

Do you drive, and happy to spend your working day outdoors moving our fleet of eBikes? The Big Issue eBike team need Rebalancing Technicians who will keep our eBike fleet in the best possible locations for customers across the City of Bristol, our first UK eBike contract. You will rebalance the position of our eBikes across a defined geographic area, conduct minor repairs and cleaning at roadside, and take our eBikes to our workshop for wider repairs when needed. You’ll work closely with our Maintenance, Customer Service and Management teams too. This role is critical within the Operations team, ensuring our eBike fleet is in the best possible location, and stays in great condition. Your work will help provide a sustainable, affordable eBike scheme for Bristol residents, workers and visitors. You’ll provide exemplary customer service to all, and contribute towards a positive, supportive working environment that brings ‘Biking for good’ to Bristol.
