Traineeships and Adult Learning from Impact Futures

Good morning,

I hope you are doing well.

I wanted to reach out to remind you of the current services we have available and to communicate the list of urgent vacancies that we have available. We are looking to fill our urgent vacancies as soon as possible so, if you have anyone in mind, please forward across your referral as soon as possible and our team of learner recruiters will pick them up this week. If you are unsure of how a traineeship can be beneficial to your young people or you would like to ask some specific questions, please feel free to drop me an email or give me a call.

We are currently offering a range of short courses for individuals aged 19+; that are fully funded and can be studied online in your personal time. We are also supporting businesses who would like to upskill their workforce through our short courses absolutely free of charge. I have attached our short courses to this email for your review.

We also offer teaching to support Sector Based Work Academies in partnership with local jobcentres to support your recruitment needs. Our SWAP programs have proven to be very popular with candidates and our last SWAP with an NHS trust saw 16 out of 18 candidates beginning new careers within the NHS.

We offer young people the support needed to progress onto their chosen career path. Our team of advisors, coaches and tutors guide the learners through our 6 week traineeship program to gain industry specific skills and some work experience. With their new skills they can progress onto an apprenticeship or a job. Our team source all opportunities and prepare candidates for success.

Below is our traineeship model and a typical timetable.
