Support your employees’ mental health and wellbeing with Thrive at Work West of England

The West of England Combined Authority’s Thrive at Work programme supports business leaders with the mental health and wellbeing of their workforce.

We have a variety of easy access tools and resources to help you apply best practice. We can also support you with the Mental Health at Work Commitment and Mental Health Work Standards.

  • Information about the Mental Health at Work Commitment and adopting the 6 mental health at work standards
  • Information about mental health e-learning for managers – to equip them with the tools to have supportive conversations with their staff about mental health
  • Other tools eg Wellness Action Plans which managers and staff alike find as a useful tool to support workplace mental health at work

The Thrive at Work West of England programme is delivered by the West of England Combined Authority in partnership with Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, South Gloucestershire Council and Bath & North East Somerset Council.
