Hi all,
I wanted to share the details of our August Explore programme with you. The programme is for any one aged 16 to 30 who is not currently in Education, Employment or Training. It focuses on building confidence and communication skills, setting and achieving goals, and managing feelings through a range of hands-on activities. Please share the details with any young people you think would be interested!
Explore (16-30)
Explore is a 3-week personal development programme which offers young people a range of exciting group activities and one-to-one support to help them build their confidence, get motivated, meet new people, and identify and achieve their goals. Previous activities have included indoor climbing, stand up paddleboarding, bushcraft and cookery. We also work with young people to develop employability and independent living skills. Young people will gain up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support after the programme to help them achieve their personal goals.
