Sent via Ways2Work

Are you working with a young person who is based in South Bristol who has a business idea? Are they 18-30 years old?

We offer free business support for up to 3 years and work with anyone who has a business idea who has been trading for less than two years.

We offer mentoring, specialist workshops with expert volunteers on Digital Marketing, SEO, Building Confidence, Tax and book-keeping (and many more topics!), and grant/loan funding for test trading and start-up costs. Our business support is tailored to the individual to work at their pace.

What can the young person expect?

  • An initial phone call to discuss eligibility and get them booked onto an Information Session
  • A 2-hour Information Session to find out more about what support is available and ensure this programme is right for them
  • A 4-day Explore Enterprise Course (free!) covering the basics of business including business planning, tax and finance, marketing and personal finance including talks from some inspirational speakers!
  • Once they’ve completed the course, they have access to 12 months of support on programme including access to funding (grants and loans), specialist workshops and mentoring.
  • If they successfully complete their test trading and business plan, they can access a further 2 years’ mentoring support.

To find out more information, you can visit our website here.

To book onto the programme, please contact enquiries.sw

** Please note that all of our sessions are currently being delivered each month over Microsoft Teams, further details will be provided once they are booked onto a session.

Best wishes,

Lucy
