Skills Support for the Workforce – Hospitality Training

A NOTE FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY BUSINESS NETWORKS & CONNECTIONS

We are currently working to engage with employers in the Hospitality/Leisure/Travel & Tourism sectors operating in the West of England LEP Region, to discuss our wonderful funded training offer.

We have a network of expert training providers who are ready to deliver fully funded short course training for Hospitality businesses, which can be FULLY FUNDED* through Skills Support for the Workforce.

From Customer Service, Sales, Marketing to Leadership & Management.

What’s on offer?

• A training needs analysis for the business, identifying the skills required to support business goals

• On-the-job vocational training to meet individual and business needs including taught learning, workplace assessment, distance learning and online learning

• Recognised accredited qualifications and training courses to support employees to upskill or even learn new skills

• Progression pathways for employees enabling them to take on more responsibilities and move up in their organisation, or progress onto higher level qualifications and apprenticeships
