A PIP awareness session has been organised on TEAMs for tomorrow afternoon (29/6) at 2pm for the South Glos LA Care Leaver Team. I have just received feedback there is now an issue with the number of people that can attend and the Advocacy team aim to have twenty attending.
I have therefore been asked by the DWP Advocacy team to open up the invitation to stakeholders. If you feel the session would be beneficial can I encourage you to attend and could you make any partners who you believe could be interested aware of the opportunity. Partner email addresses should be sent to the Advocacy inbox rather than sending on the TEAMs invitation so they know who is expected. Please use the email address below to inform the advocacy team that you would like to attend
Please accept this invite for the Personal Independence Payment Awareness and Upskilling Session (PIP), presented by
the DWP Disability Services Advocacy Team.
If you have any questions in advance of the session surrounding Personal Independence Payment, please direct them
through to myself and we will aim to answer these at the end of the presentation. We also have a chat box facility which
you can use to ask questions on the day.
We look forward to meeting you all
