From: Andy Chaggar <andy.chaggar>
Dear Bristol ESL Team,
I hope this email finds you well. My name’s Andy Chaggar and I am the Director of Talent RISE (UK), a registered youth employment charity.
I’m writing because our supporting company, and the world’s fastest growing digital-tech recruitment specialist, is partnering with Talent RISE to offer young people opportunities via the Government’s Kickstart scheme.
The first of these roles, a Recruitment Researcher, is based in Bristol and is now open for applications. The young person who successfully applies will be welcomed into the company on a six-month work placement paying the National Minimum Wage for 25 hours per week.
Talent International has been ranked by Gallup as one of the top 40 companies to work for in the WORLD for 3 years running. Further, while there is currently no expectation of further employment beyond the 6-month placement there is definitely the potential for this to happen for the right candidate.
However, even if this isn’t possible the successful candidate will still have support from professional recruiters and Talent RISE to help them in their onward job search.
The immediate opportunity will be heavily phone based, and will include making calls to the company’s contractors and candidates, and making sure their details are correctly entered on the database. As a result the main requirements are good verbal communication skills, confidence picking up the phone (using a script) and computer literacy. You can find out more information here: https://talentrise.org/event/kickstart-recruitment-researcher/
As a Kickstart opportunity young people must be aged 16-24, on Universal Credit and referred by a Job Centre Plus Work Coach. If you know of any young people who would be eligible and interested they can speak to their Work Coach about “reference – KS56E39FAD / Recruitment Researcher, Bristol”.
I will be screening referrals from the Job Centre before interviews with the company and can also help with CVs, etc if needed. I am also happy to answer questions, etc before young people talk to their Work Coach if useful. My contact details are included on the attached images which can be shared with your networks.
Please do share as widely as you can, and if I can answer any questions please don’t hesitate to let me know.
