As a Project Surveyor at Bristol City Council you will be responsible for contract administration and delivery of all technical elements of allocated projects and ensure Health and Safety, and CDM Regulations are met by in-house and external contractors. You’ll be required to regularly visit resident’s homes and sites undergoing refurbishment. You’ll survey residential properties, identify defects and organise their repairs as part of improvement programmes of work.
