JOBS: Job opportunities for 16-30s (health and social care)

If you know of any young people interested in jobs within health and social care in Bristol, Somerset or Devon, please pass on the info below/attached! We will talk to them about the sector, the roles available to interview for, and go through a range of health and social care and employability topics, before putting them in front of employers for speed interviews on the last day. All participants will have access to up to 6 months of mentoring and access to a financial award to support with financial barriers to starting a new role, as well as on-going support from Prince’s Trust staff. No prior qualifications or experience needed, and happy to have a chat with anyone who wants more info 😊

Get Started in Health and Social Care (Bristol, Somerset and Devon) – a short programme hoping to place young people into live clinical and non-clinical positions.

When? Taster session: Wednesday 3rd August, 1pm-3pm
Main programme: Tuesday 9th August – Thursday 11th August, 10am-4pm, but half day Thursday for interviews (you will only be needed for a section of this session for interviewing)

Where? On Microsoft Teams (free to use)

Who? Work-ready 16-30 year olds
