Healthcare Support Worker Virtual Recruitment Event – 4th March

Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker & Band 5 Mental Health Nurse Virtual Open Day, Elizabeth Casson House, Callington Road Hospital, Bristol

Elizabeth Casson House is a newly refurbished ward at our Callington Road Hospital site in Brislington, Bristol. It’s a small female Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit which has an experienced multi-disciplinary team of people who are passionate about providing great care to its service users and supporting one another.

We provide Healthcare Support Workers with a 6 to 18 month training programme, a buddy and training and support from an experienced Role Development Officer as well as the support and training you will receive from the wider team.

We provide Mental Health Nurses with a great preceptorship programme if you are newly qualified, support and training for experienced nurses and a development programme if you would like to move to a Band 6 role in due course.
