Over the last 10 years, Wiper and True has established itself as one of the UK’s leading craft breweries. We’ve built strong foundations for future growth in terms of our customer base and brand, and are about to open a new state-of the art brewery and taproom in the city centre. Whilst we are strongest close to home, something we envisage continuing, we also have a national presence via a network of wholesalers together with several listings with Waitrose, and are already exporting to several markets.
Reporting to the Managing Director, we’re looking for someone to lead the next stage of our trade sales growth. Your focus will be on building and managing the strategy and team that will; strengthen relationships with our key local accounts, develop our wholesaler, national account and export partnerships and forge new business opportunities across all channels.

Location: Ideally based at our Old Market Site for a couple of days per week, Bristol with travel as required.
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday . Some evening and weekend work for festivals and events will be required. There is flexibility in the role to work remotely so long the office is covered.
Salary: From £45,000.00 per annum depending on experience.
