How you’ll make a difference
You will provide support to the overall Economic Development Manager and the team managers and other staff working on projects.
The role will rotate through the economic development teams over the two years, including the economic inclusion, area regeneration, high streets and city centre and markets teams.
What will you be doing?
You will provide administration duties sending out email invites to events, note taking, information management in filing and retrieving documentation, maintaining a database of business contacts, and supporting the teams communication through social media. These are some of the key outcomes.
Things we need you to know:
We are looking for someone either at the start of their career or a mature candidate looking for a new opportunity, and has shown commitment and enthusiasm in their previous activities. You will need to show an aptitude for working in a professional business environment, working collaboratively, with the ability to think independently and follow guidance and instruction.
We are a Living Wage employer:

|What we need from you:|
You will need to evidence functional skills in English and Maths GCSE or equivalent. Support will be given during the apprenticeship for you to attain a level 2 if you do not have them.
