Shifts and pay rates:
· Various shifts available
· mornings 6:00 – 14:00 – £9.80ph
· days 12:00 20:00- £9.80ph
· nights 22:00 6:00 – £11.76ph
At the moment the shift we are mainly enquiring about is AM shift than moving into Pm Shift once we have group of around 8 – 9 people available.
We have received confiramtion from NEXT that they will be happy to employ workers that are 17 years old as well, rate of pay for them will be pay is £7.53 , after AWR £7.84 for AM / Pm shift, they will not be allowed to work on Night shift.
We have refer a friend scheme running as well, refer a worker that will work for 4 weeks and you will receive £50.00 appreciation bonus
Candidates need to speak basic English to the level they can reliably pass the induction on site, understanding Health and Safety rules, being able to understand and follow instructions from managers and team leaders.
All candidates need to have National Insurance Number as without it NEXT will not set them up on the system
Due to the nature of the business and rules associated with it, we will need to send details of the ex-offenders to the managers for their approval.
Although the work itself is light (dealing with clothing) there are still elements of manual handling involved so we will need candidates to be able to perform all tasks requested. Candidates with disabilities will need to be send for managerial approval on case by case basis.
