Who are we? We are a leading youth homelessness charity based in the Southwest, working with over 1,500 young people. At 1625ip we are driven by Social Justice and Passion: we strive to do something that matters and take pride in seeing the results of our work in social outcomes and improving young people’s lives.

We are excited to be recruiting into our Charles England House (CEH) team for a newly created role. Does the flexibility of a part time role appeal to you? Do you have skills in administration and an interest in learning how to keep a supported housing scheme running smoothly, that would support the work of the CEH team in allowing young people to reach their independent living goals?  If yes, we want to hear from you!

What you will be doing:

  • By being well organised, efficient, and effective you will help carry out a range of housing management and administrative functions
  • You will take ownership of administering the Project rota
  • Through data gathering and feedback from others you will ensure the team has all the tools/resources needed to carry out their roles
  • As a person with good IT skills, you will support the Team Leader in gathering data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the project and those within by ensuring all relevant Health & Safety obligations are met, including liaison with outside partners and contractors.

You will be in Charles England House team and your line manager will be our Charles England House Team Leader.

At 1625ip we are led by our Competency Development Framework. This connects our values to our behaviours in everything we do and gives us the tools to develop. The framework ensures our recruitment is better informed, applications and interviews are behaviourally based, and job profiles are developed on the ‘how’ of a job.
