Project Worker – High Support Services

We are excited to be recruiting into our High Support team in a busy but rewarding city centre-based housing project for vulnerable young people. If you have a desire to help young people and have excellent support and housing management skills and experience, we want to hear from you.

We are striving to better represent the young people we support and therefore are particularly keen to increase applications from minoritized ethnic groups and male candidates as they are currently under-represented in our organisation. • Tapping into your skills of working with a diverse caseload, you will help young people develop and reach their goals and aspirations.
• By working well in a fast-paced environment, you will successfully juggle the demands of a busy caseload and providing on-going support for young people.
• Ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of young people, yourself, and colleagues.
• By being well organised, efficient, and effective you will support the whole team in a range of housing management functions, including the promotion and facilitation of a positive rent culture.
