Get Started in Mindset and Mindfulness (16-30)
This one week programme is a fantastic opportunity to help you understand and change your mindset, learn what mindfulness is and how to apply to it your own life, as well as exploring self beliefs and strengths. You will also learn how to manage stress and anxiety, goal set and plan for the future. Alongside this you will be encouraged to keep a daily gratitude journal to help strengthen positive habits. Young people will gain up to 6 sessions of 1:1 support after the programme to help them achieve their personal goals.
Taster Day: Wednesday 27th July
Programme: Monday 1st – Friday 5th August
