Time for Change Course
Time for Change 1 provides tools and a safe space to discuss and develop skills around Building Resilience, Managing Change, and Becoming Motivated and is aimed at empowering learners to utilize these tools in both their personal and professional lives.
We will meet for one-hour online sessions (via Zoom) each Thursday and Friday morning. Homework, which should take no more than an hour a week, will support self-reflection and provide reference material for continued personal development. In addition, if required, learners can book 1:1 sessions with our course tutor, to be sure that training meets their personal and development needs.
The course is aimed at learners aged 19+ with few or no qualifications and who will benefit from improving their skills and empowering them to develop resilience whilst supporting mental health
Spaces are available for this free course starting April 22nd. 6 sessions. Opportunities for 1:1 time with our Tutor and guests.
