Online LinkedIn Workshop for Young People
Talent RISE is organising its next online LinkedIn workshop on Thursday 31 March (2-5pm).
This (free) session will be led by Ian Buckland, Learning and Development Manager for Talent International, a global digital-tech recruitment specialist. As part of his role Ian provides LinkedIn training to all of the company’s European staff. As a result Ian has amazing knowledge of how to make a profile stand out to anyone looking to hire.
The session will include:
- an introduction to LinkedIn
- how to search and apply for jobs
- how to connect with people and build a professional network.
- loads of tips about how to make a profile stand out to employers.
There is no advance knowledge necessary, although we recommend participants create a LinkedIn account in advance if they don’t have one already.
