Creative Writing for Wellbeing

This course will:

  • Improve confidence, positivity, general health and wellbeing through writing
  • use creative writing to raise personal awareness through reflection and areas for progression
  •  provide learners with practical tools and positive ways to
    help them become more aware of emotions and take
    charge of personal goals

Where: Poole Court, Yate Town Council (behind Morrison’s)
How long: Every Wednesday, for 7 Weeks
Starts: 4 November 2020, 9.30 – 11.30am
