Creative Writing for Wellbeing
This course will:
- Improve confidence, positivity, general health and wellbeing through writing
- use creative writing to raise personal awareness through reflection and areas for progression
- provide learners with practical tools and positive ways to
help them become more aware of emotions and take
charge of personal goals
Where: Poole Court, Yate Town Council (behind Morrison’s)
How long: Every Wednesday, for 7 Weeks
