• You are Neuro Divergent, have a Learning Difference are Physically Impaired or have any form of Hidden Disability
• Live in the West of England
• Are 16 years or over
• Do not have a job already
EMPLOYMENT BROKERS
Our Employment Brokers are out working on your behalf too identify and work with Employers that are passionate and committed to become ‘Recruitment Ready Employers’ – We call them Rec-Ready. These employers love flexibility and diversity in the way they recruit and support new employees.
JOB COACHES
Our Job Coaches support our candidates to explore the labour market. They work with you to discover your unique strengths and challenges to identify a role that is a fit for you. Each Job Coach supports you before you start, on your first day and whilst you get settled in your new job.
SUPPORT WORKERS
Our Support Workers are involved from day one to support both the candidate and the employer to adapt and navigate a successful induction, to support the candidate in their new role and to meet work colleagues to answers any questions they may have.
