Thanks so much for helping fill our Peer Worker Placements so quickly last time around, the uptake was really amazing.
Many of the new peers have started training or are about to start in January. We are now working on filling our last few places for this financial year until March 2024.

Clean Slate – Peer Worker Placements 2024 available!!!
At Clean Slate we are currently offering Peer Worker Placements via our Elements Program for people with lived experience of hardship. These are roles for people with lived experience of hardship, furthest away from the job market and/or experiencing barriers to rejoining the job market. Participants can ‘dip’ their toe into the IAG sector and see if it is for them.
Here is what we offer in a nutshell:
· We offer a 3 months placement with ourselves at one of our local drop ins
· Comprehensive Peer Worker training around boundaries and mental health delivered by NHS and professional framework training as well as optional IAG Level 2 Qualification
· 3.5 hours of paid work per week at £10.42 per hour at a local drop in
· CV and interview skills support before the end of the placement to support clients into mainstream provision or to apply for roles with either ourselves or within the sector
